- given that it’s an open area, the place will be subjected to rain

- the area will also be affected by extreme heat

- extreme winds can also be felt within the open area

- the area can easily be affected by storms and typhoons

- as an open hangout place, the area will promote a friendly, pleasant atmosphere

- the area will promote socializing with one another religious

- as a part of the campus, the area will follow the same rules and policies of the school
