 A Prologue to Our Founder
Nandi pipes which is synonymous for PVC pipes all
over the country, stands as testimony to the zeal,
hard work and far sighted vision of one individual.
He is Sri SPY Reddy, the founder of Nandi group of
companies. An eminent techno entrepreneur,
farmer’s leader, philanthropist and an excellent
Mechanical Engineer, Sri SPY Reddy left job at Baba
Atomic Research Center to bring to fruition his
dreams and aspirations, by starting his own
manufacturing unit.
With great dynamism and energy, he initially
started the manufacturing of LDPE pipes four
decades ago and later expanded the business by
starting Sujala Pipes Pvt Ltd to make PVC pipes and
achieved Great success. He was elected as
Member of Parliament, Loksabha from Nandyal
constituency from 2004 to 2019, for three
consecutive terms.
The group manufacturing facilities have world
class quality assurance systems, ensuring products
of uncompromising excellence,meeting all
relevant ISI, BS and ASTM standards.
In addition to these our R&D facilities provide
reliable and committed support for new product
development.
We provide service advantages like field level
technical assistance, timely and free delivery for

We are manufacturing uPVC Pipes under brand names of
Nandi Gold, Nandi,Monarch and ITL with sizes up to 630
mm in class - 1,2,3, 4,5 &6 in 6 Mtrs Length or any length as
per customer's requirement. Every plant is fully equipped
with Twin Screw extruders with latest technologies and a
well equipped QC testing laboratory, where strict quality
control measures are adopted right from raw material
inward inspection to finished product testing.
Pipes are an effective way to overcome the problem
caused by canal irrigation as they can be laid underground
and moreover, water loss due to percolation and
evaporation is eliminated. Nandi Rigid uPVC Pipes with
their good quality, trouble free service, durability and
better economics are a better choice than mild steel,
galvanized steel and cast iron even for usage in water supply and lift irrigation systems. Slotted pipes are also
being manufactured for use in laying borewells in sandy areas. Nandi group’s PVC Pipes manufacturing plants

Ribbed Screen Pipes: Pipes with external

uPVC COLUMN PIPES

We are manufacturing NANDI GOLD uPVC Column
pipes in latest Twin Screw Extruders with fully
equipped Testing laboratory and strict Quality
Control management.
Further, we are manufacturing NANDI GOLD uPVC
Column in white colour with sizes available from 1”
to 4” in Standard duty and Heavy duty . This product
is manufactured from a special compound using
imported raw materials. Standard duty pipes can be
used for depths upto 500 feet and Heavy duty pipes
for depths upto 1000 feet. Coupler's rib dimensions
are also more for more gripping purpose i.e., for 1”,
1¼ ” & 1 ½” of rib's width is 6mm and height is 3mm
and for 2”, 2 ½ ”, 3” & 4” of width is 8mm & height is
4mm. NANDI GOLD UPVC Column pipes are in 3
Meters in length, each pipe having one coupler. Coupler is affixed at one end in the factory
itself and other side is plain end for attaching the coupler from pipe to pipe. O Ring &
Gaskets are used to provide leak proof joints , to absorb the vibrations of the pump and for
tightening purpose .

CPVC PIPES FOR POTABLE HOT AND COLD WATER DISTRIBUTION SUPPLIES
As per IS: 15778
Nandi CPVC pipes and Fittings are manufactured at
Nandyal, Andhra Pradesh using imported Compounded
CPVC Resin and latest state of art machinery with
advanced technology .
We make SDR-11 and SDR-13.5, ISI marked CPVC PIPES
conforming to IS : 15778-2007. NANDI CPVC
(Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) plumbing system for
hot water application is an excellent substitute over
conventional materials. This system is suitable for
conveying continuous flow of hot water up to 82°C.
NANDI CPVC plumbing system, in sizes from 15 mm (½”)
to 50 mm (2”), comprises pipes as per IS 15778 and
ASTM D 2846 in SDR 11 & 13.5 series and fittings as per
ASTM D 2846, in CTS(Copper Tube Sizing).

Combining the advantages of inherent properties of PVC

and high percentage of chlorine, this system becomes a
highly effective and optimal solution for conveying hot
water for domestic applications. The pipes are plain ended
in standard length of 3 Mtrs and 5 Mtrs. The joint formed
between the pipe and fitting, with the help of solvent
cement, is a permanent homogeneous joint.

We are manufacturing NANDI Unplasticized Non Pressure

Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC - U) Pipes for Use in underground Drainage
and Sewerage Systems applications. These pipes' surface colour
shall be Orange-Brown Colour. These Pipes are available in various
diameters. The range starts from 110mm (Outer Diameter) and is
available upto 315mm. The available outer diameters are 110mm,
140mm, 160mm, 200mm,250mm,315mm. Pipes will be supplied
in nominal lengths of 3 meters and 6 meters, either with solvent
type socket / 'o' ring type grooved socket. Pipe rigidity is described
with the symbol SN and e.g. a pipe of circumferential stiffness
class 8 kN/m2 is described with the symbol SN8.
According to another systematic schedule, SN2 class pipes are called as "light series", SN4 - as "mean series" and SN8 - as
"heavy series”. These are manufactured in three varieties. One is SDR-51, other is SDR-41 & SDR-34. They conform to IS :
15328-2003 standards.

Electrical Conduits for the last three decades . These
are manufactured in two varieties, one is ISI marked
conduit and other is Non - ISI conduit. ISI marked
Electrical Conduits are available in the sizes up to
63mm conforming to IS : 9537 (Part 3) - 1983. Non - ISI
conduits are manufactured as per customer's
requirements.

CLASSIFICATION
Conduits shall be classified according to mechanical

NANDI Solvent Cement is a colorless solution used for joining PVC pipes and Fittings. It is produced by
