Mash Restaurant Denmark.
Beaufort Bespoke were chosen for this project because of our high
level of our cabinet making – MASH represents a modern high quality
American steak house. A sophisticated modern steakhouse, with a twist
of Danish informal eating and drinking.

We manufactured and installed the interior space of the restaurant with

various unique interior elements including bespoke custom seating,
tables and furniture. To achieve the “look” we used walnut veneers,
Italian red leather upholstery, reeded glazed and timber panels, dividing
the various seating areas. As the restaurant is in Copenhagen this
presented another set of challenges which we achieved competently. It is
a truly unique opulent restaurant.

Canford School.
In August 2018, Beaufort Bespoke was asked to undertake the
manufacture and installation of a new service counter for the 6th form
Refrectory at Canford School in Wimborne Dorset. The area will be used
throughout the day to provide beverages, Hot and cold snacks, and light
lunches. The requirement was for an area that would cope with a high
volume of use and prove durable and easy to maintain. For the back
of house areas we manufactured bespoke stainless steel table tops fitted
over bespoke white melamine face storage units. The server area has
Silestone tops with a laminate frontage and stainless steel kickers. As
you can see from the pictures, Canford school is located in an impressive
listed property. Particular care had to be exercised when installing the
server so that the fabric of the build was not compromised in anyway.
Since the installation turnover has increased by over 60% due to the
ability to offer a larger range of products, and a streamlined till service.

WWT Restaurant.
We have successfully designed, manufactured and installed the
restuarant for WWT at Slimbridge, There were multiple challenges with
the design, the ceiling height is incredibly tall and wooden which made
the space incredibly noisy; our main goal was to reduce the noise levels
by 50% to make it a more pleasant environment to stop and have a meal.

As a bonus we managed to get another 22 covers into the space without

it feeling cramped. As you can see from the designs we had to work
with their colour palette and corporate logos etc. The finished result
completely works with their brand image and values. Another issue was
they suffered with long queues which drove clients away, we changed
this to a waitress system, this along with the extra covers has had a
dramatic effect.

The effect of all the changes increased the turnover by more than 30%, so
when they needed their restaurant in London re-fitted we were their first
choice. We have since completed their new restaurant in London.

The Downs.
In the summer of 2018 we transformed and old library at The Downs
School in Compton into a new servery. The brief was to create a central
island display for hot and cold snacks, as well as beverages. We needed
to deliver a quality solution, whilst working with a limited budget. This
lead us to select a laminated work surface, and a fascia built from tongue
and grooved pine with a sprayed whitewash effect. This is highly cost
effective solution, as well as durable and easy to maintain.

The entire unit was installed and commissioned in just 3 working days to
fit in with the schools timetable. Because of the location in the center of
the room we had to supply water and electricity above the ceiling and
down a column as digging a trench was not viable in terms of cost. Since
being completed the servery has been well received by both students and
staff, and will provide many years of service.

Wellington School.
In Spring 2018 Beaufort Bespoke manufactured and installed a servery at
Wellington School in Someset. The servery caters for pupils requiring hot
and cold snacks and beverages, throughout the day. We choose simple
hard wearing finished and built within a compact area, whilst still giving
maximum flexibility and operational effectiveness.
