    Press Release
    December 31, 2022

    On 12/30/2022 at 9:34 PM, the Kalispell Police Department was dispatched to Town
    Pump on W Reserve Dr for a report of an Assault with a Weapon. Officers arrived on
    scene and discovered an argument between 3 individuals ended with one man being
    shot and multiple people detained. The victim sustained a single gunshot wound and is
    being treated at Logan Health. Officers arrested 40 year old Jacob Norris at the scene.
    Norris was taken to the Flathead County Detention Center where he is being held on a
    Felony charge of Assault with a Weapon.
