CHAPTER 7 : Management of Instruction

EXPLAIN:

1. In your own words, differentiate aims, goals, and objectives.


- Aim is a purpose it refers to an end result. Aims are not always accomplished their must be
an action plan in place. Goals is what people desire to achieve. This can be a short term or a
long-term goal. Objective is the thing a person will learn or can do after. Goals is a step to
achieve your objective. These are like an important ingredient in life that a person needs to
achieve what they desire.

2. What are the different levels of objectives? How are these interrelated?
- The different levels of objectives are: Course-level objectives and Program objectives and
Classroom objective. Program objective is the skills and knowledge of the students. These
are the things that the student will be able to do at the end of the instruction. Course-level
objective is what the students will be able to do at the end of the course. Classroom
objective is the one that the teacher will construct the instruction that the student need to
learn. These objectives are used by the teachers for their students to learn what they should
learn from their lesson.

3. What are the sources of lesson objectives? Explain each.

-Establish, maintain and support a complete, adequate and integrated system of


education relevant to the needs of the people and society;
- in one place their should have a complete school they should have elementary, high
school and college levels.

-Establish and maintain s system of free public education in the elementary and high
school levels. Without limiting the natural rights of parents to rear their children,
elementary education is compulsory for all children of school age;
-Not all Filipino can afford to pay for their education so public education was establish
so that people who don’t have enough money to send their child in school can study for
free.

Establish and maintain a system of scholarship grants, student loan programs,


subsidies and other incentives which shall be available to deserving students in both
public and private schools, especially to the underprivileged;
-students who has potential but doesn’t have the resources to study they can study for
free because they a granted by a scholarship.
-Encourage non- formal, informal and indigenous learning system, as well as self-
learning independent and out-of-school study programs particularly those that
respond to community needs; and
-Non formal education students are not required to go to school they can finish their
studies in their own term they are the students who are working. Informal education is
learned by observing or even without a formal teacher. Your teacher can be anybody
like cooking food you mother can teach you to cook food. Indigenous learning system,
this people also deserve to learn so people volunteer to help them learn.

-Provide adult citizens, the disabled and out-of-school youth with training in civics,
vocational efficiency and skills.
- these are for people with disabilities and people who did not finished their studies
when they are young, also this is for some people who wanted to learn something in a
short period of time to help them get a job to support their family.
