1b 0 TEMPERATURE SCANFIER

IS.1 Temperature scanner panel made of sheet steel, floor


mounted consisting of temperature scanner as detailed
below The panel shalt be duly wired, pa~nted and
complete in all respect..;

scanner to monitor H.T. motor winding and bearing
temwrature as well as the t e m p e m n d thrust
bearings of pumps. the scanner shall be suitable for
working with 4 wire system P.T. 100
RTDs for the range of 0% to 2 0 0 " ~with indicating
accuracy of 6.25% full scale (FS) 4 1°c and resolution
of O.lOc.The scanner shall k sljitatjle for operation at
220 V. 2 10% 50 Hz. A. C. si~pplyand shall have one
common relay for alarm. The unit shall be complete
wtth necessary c-bling lugs etc. for interconnection
between the terminal blocks and scanner terminals
within the panel.

The instruction shall be suitable for programming data


for each channel with the help of key board. Scanning
speed shall be variable from one second onwards. The
c;.annel number and data shall be indicated on the
seven segment Light Emission Diode (LED) displays.
The ~ndividualLEDS shall indicate thestatus of high or
low alarm and control relay status and sensor. A lock
shall be provided so that the programme cannot be
tempered wrth . Control relay shall be given for each
channel which will operate depending on the control
levels as per the programme.

The printout shall be violet colour, and the speed L.

schedule. This will comprise of uetailed study of various
equipmentslpanel drawings, co-ordination with other
manufacturerslsuppliers at site and preparation of cable

p,reparation of cable terminatiori schedules giving the
krminal details. core identification, purpose etc.
