Subject (ጉዳዩ) ፡-Review and comment on Traffic Management Plan for Dimtu-Bilate Road
Project.
A traffic management plan is a document that details the way activities in the road corridor will be
carried out so they minimize inconvenience and help ensure road users and workers remain as safe as
possible.
This review is intended to assist the contractor in finalizing the traffic management plan for the Dimtu-
Blate Military Training Center Road Project document and to assist in its execution. Generally speaking,
there are various components to the contractor's supplied traffic management plan. As a result, it needs to
be modified to fulfill all Traffic Management and related components. It is suggested that the document's
structure and basic contents/chapters be followed as they are in the ERA manual.
Comments on the traffic management plan are presented below for each section of the Dimtu-Blate
Military Training Center Road Project. As a result, it is strongly recommended that the contractor work
meticulously and carefully on the Traffic Management Plan as outlined in this document and make an
effort to produce an in-depth and excellent management plan.
