Dear Sir,

We refer to the Duguna Fango Woreda Administration’s letter of Ref No.

ድፋወአስ/1860/39-2 dated 08/02/2016 E.C regarding the abandonment of the RoW
compensation fee to remove obstructions from the graveyard intended for Mr. Zekarias
Wada Labisso, and we refer to our letter of Ref. No. GOND/SDB/375/23 dated
16/10/23 requesting the RoW compensation fee of the same.

As you are aware, the Contractor has expressed his urgent need to access the land and
has agreed to pay the estimated compensation instead. This decision was made after
careful consideration and consultation with all relevant parties involved.

Therefore, we fully support this decision and believe that it is in the best interest of all
parties involved. Therefore, we kindly request that you take this into consideration
when reviewing any future requests related to this matter.
