Dear Sir,

We acknowledge receipt of your letter of Ref. No. DBRP/02/067/22 dated 11 th of November

2022 through which the Contractor has submitted the list of obstructions and the corresponding
surveying data which is jointly identified and measured for the main access road section of km
8+200 to 10+400 and km 13+900 to 15+000.
Accordingly; we have gone through it, examined and hence found acceptable and approved the
provided RoW obstruction lists along with the surveying data for the captioned range of main
access road working stations in particular.
