Dear Sir,

We refer to the Contractor’s recent letters of Ref. No. DBRP/02/0307/23 dated 08/10/2023;
DBRP/02/0309/23 dated 10/10/2023; and DBRP/02/0316/23 dated 13/10/2023, in which he
have submitted RoW obstruction data and lists for Main Access Road from km 0+007 to 0+600;
Secondary Irrigation Canal (km 8+020-8+260 LHS, km 8+360-9+820 LHS, km 10+300-11+060
RHS, km 11+080-11+280 BHS, km 11+500-12+060 BHS, and km 12+080-13+720 LHS) and
Taxiway & Apron of the Airfield from km 0+030 to 0+694.40 for our review and subsequent
approval.

Accordingly, we are writing this letter to grant approval of the Contractor’s request for RoW
obstruction data and lists for the captioned stations and locations in particular, and we would
like to kindly request your good office to remove the shortlisted RoW obstructions in the
enclosed documents to ensure the access to the intended road reserve.
