Dear Sir,

We are writing this letter of instruction to provisionally shift your construction crew
from the military compound to the main access road and/or airfield construction until
the Engineer resolves the outstanding design issues related to the new military
compound master plan.

As you are aware, there have been some design issues related to the new military
compound master plan that need to be resolved before any further construction can
take place. In light of this, we have decided to shift your construction crew from the
military compound to the main access road and/or airfield construction until these
issues are resolved.
We acknowledge your collaboration in this matter and expect that you will comply with
this instruction promptly to ensure that the project is completed in a timely and efficient
manner.
