1. Discuss the role, duties and responsibilities of store manager.

A store manager is in charge of overseeing the overall operation of the store. They also
manage the store's day-to-day operations and ensure its profitability.
Responsibilities of Store Manager:

 The store manager's primary responsibility is to recruit employees. He must hire the best
candidates for the store and prepare them for their developmental process. He must
ensure that all employees (floor manager, department manager, cashier, and so on) do
their best for the store's smooth operation.
 The store manager should ensure that his store meets its goals and profits. He is in
charge of the store's smooth and efficient operation.
 The store manager is in charge of maintaining the store's overall image. His responsibility
is to display the merchandise in such a way that it immediately draws the customers'
focus. The store manager has to ensure that his store meets customer expectations and
lives up to the predefined brand image.

He must ensure:

- The store is kept clean

- Shelves and racks are properly stocked and products do not fall off the shelves.
- Mannequins are kept at the right place to attract the customers into the store and rotated
frequently.
- The merchandise should be according to the season as well as the latest trends.

viewable to all.

2. Highlight the role of Branding in successful management of events.

The goal of event branding is to incorporate the theme and look of the event. It
is critical that a client's brand strategies are clear and that their vision for event branding
stands out as an essential component to the success of their event.
Branding at an event is a driving force in establishing the event's so-called
personality. When inviting external attendees to an event, it is critical that the corporate
develop clear guidelines on their preferred brand awareness and that the event
management agency execute said ideals and, possibly, suggest some innovative ways
to increase brand awareness, such as those outlined below:

 Branding Strategy - To coin a phrase, simple and dependable branding strategies

can have the most effective outcome for your client's brand awareness. Up-
lighters in the brand's colors and signage that can be placed around the event
venue is simple and inexpensive items. Light branding is often sufficient to bring
the platform to life if the chosen venue is a well-known national landmark in the
selected city or is unique.
 Brand Awareness - Heavy branding may be precisely what your client desires for
their event. In this case, the event management agency can be allowed to be
creative and genuinely explore ideas for innovative and bespoke branding. While
lighting and signage are good starting points for branding, physical branding in
branded incentive gifts and promotional products that attendees can take home
with them is even better. Having the client's physical product on-site is the most
effective way to increase brand awareness. Other successful branding examples
include centerpieces, balloon walls, branded food, branded media walls, and the
list goes on. However, branding is constantly evolving as a result of technological
advancement.
 Technology - Technology is becoming increasingly crucial in event branding.
While technology has enabled many events to go paperless, it has also enabled
the platforms used at the event to be heavily branded without negatively
impacting the environment. This includes branded event apps for registration,
live polling, Q&As, gamification, and networking at the event. Documentation at
events in the form of photo ops has also become a means of increasing brand
awareness. For example, creating branded overlays for a selfie mirror and 360-
degree photo mosaics, and social mosaics that can showcase the client's brand
as the finished piece. Gobos and projection mapping onto buildings is a more
advanced strategy that has gained significant social media traction.
 Bespoke Pieces - While essential branding, such as lectern signs and booklets,
remain strong contenders, a client is looking for more bespoke branding, such as
ice sculptures and large 3D lettering, to make their branded event stand out in
an increasingly competitive industry.
