Making a budget allows you to see how much money you have, how much you have spent, and
how much funds you will need in the future. A budget can influence critical business decisions such as
cutting unnecessary expenses, increasing staff, or purchasing new equipment. You can keep your
company out of debt or discover ways to reduce the debt it is currently experiencing with the right
budgeting plan. A detailed budget can be used to secure business loans from banks or other financial
institutions.
