TECHNICAL NOTES
 Full cone, nozzles spray angle 15°, 65°and 70°at 15bar are available;
 Full stainless steel design, nozzle body, cap,swirl insert and wire are SS304;
 Cap can be stainless steel or rubber;
 Other materials SS304, SS316, SS303, and brass optional;
 Thread- 1/8”, 1/4”, 1/2” and etc;
 OEM and ODM available;
 100% inspection rate before shipment;

DESCRIPTION：
The nozzles are mainly used in kitchen or engine fire fighting systems and other places where the on-site
environment is harsh and the nozzle hole needs to be protected. The water pattern is full cone. Our
standard nozzles have 3 angles, narrow angle 15 degrees, standard angle 65 degrees and large angle 80
degrees. Other angles can be customized according to customer requirements. The nozzles have a variety of
threads to choose from, according to the customer's local thread standard, pipe fitting requirements and
flow rate. The standard nozzle body, cap, swirl insert and connecting wire are made of stainless steel 304.
Other materials are also available. The standard nozzle cap is machined with a small piece of metal pick to
clamp the nozzle body to prevent grease from invading and blocking the nozzle hole, avoiding the repeated
maintenance of using o-rings.
