Dear Sir,

We are pleased to offer our structural consultancy services for your proposed residential
project at Attur on the following terms and conditions:

Design Stage:
1. Providing structural drawings and designs for footings, retaining wall, columns, shear wall,
beams, slab, tanks etc.
2. We shall prepare and issue 3 sets of all the necessary good for construction detailed drawings
for site execution.
3. We shall coordinate with Architect at all stage. We shall release GFC drawings only after
the approval of Architects.

Execution Stage:
1. We shall provide necessary clarification and issue revised details / drawings to your site
Execution Team in case of ambiguities / missing details found in the issued good for
construction Drawings.
2. We shall provide necessary modifications and revision, if any, to suit any minor changes.

Professional Fees:

Our proposal towards structural consultancy is of Rs.4.00 per sft on the total built up area of
1,00,000 SFT (including Basement, STP, UGR, OHT, LMR, etc.) as professional fees after
deducting applicable TDS. Service Tax shall be paid extra.

Stages of fee payment:

Stage of work % of Fees

1. Advance 10%
2. After release of excavation details 25%
3. After release of B.F. Roof drawings 20%
4. After release of Typical. Roof drawing 20%
5. After release of terrace floor drawings 15%
6. Completion of project / and submission of all 10%
Drawings.
