Dear respondent

We are the students of B.Ed. Working on our research thesis titled as “A

Comparative study of teachers attitude towards usage of ICT tool working in
public and private school”. The questionnaire in hand has been selected for data
collection purpose related to the variable of study.

You are requested to fill the questionnaire attached. The first part of the
questionnaire consists of demographic information of the respondents and the
second part of the questionnaire deals with the Morale of teachers with options
of 5=Strongly Agree, 4= Agree, 3 = Neutral, 2 = Disagree, 1= Strongly
Disagree
