A RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT THE PROGRESSIVE EXPANSION FACE-TO-FACE LEARNING

DELIVERY MODALITY IMPLEMENTATION OF THE JAWOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL.

Whereas, the province of Iloilo is under Alert level I of the COVID-19 Alert Level
Systems;

Whereas, under the Alert Level II of the COVID-19 Alert Level System, schools are
allowed to conduct limited face-to-face classes with priority classes K-3 Elementary;

Whereas, the school must meet requirements needed for the validation of the
school for the readiness in the implementation of the Limited Face-to-Face Learning
Delivery Modality;

Whereas, the Jawod Elementary School seeks support from the Stakeholders
especially from the Local Government Unit in the implementation of the Face-to-Face
Learning Delivery Modality;
 Whereas, the Barangay representative agrees to give their support to the Jawod
Elementary School through donation drives and services (Tanod and Barangay Officials’
services);

NOW THEREFORE, on the motion of Barangay Kagawad Madilen Alvior and duly
seconded by Barangay Kagawad Cezar Servano;

Resolved further, to furnish copies of the resolution to all concerned agencies. LGUs
for guidance and implementation.
