Before giving the sales opinion, two notes from our sales side -Below that:-

1. Our esteemed client Ibn Sina will be increasing and decreasing the height of
some of their floors and this matter is still in the final stages of settlement by our
engineers on both sides.
2. Our 13th floor was canceled a few days ago, we have been negotiating the
price of this floor for the last one and a half months, and the matter is still at the
final stage.
We should wait a little longer until this floor is sold & already previously sold floor
height settlement.
