Project Quality Management

Our goal is to ensure that the restaurant meets the highest standards of quality in all aspects of
its operations. We will not only satisfy our customers but also our whole team members
whether internal or external in terms of bonuses, incentives, extra physical activities, and
provide friendly atmosphere due to which our staff engaged more with each other and worked
in better way.
Also, our project quality management plan involves establishing quality standards for the
design of the restaurant, the selection and training of staff, the procurement and preparation of
food and beverages, and the overall customer experience.
We establish and maintain our quality standards through these processes:
1. Quality Planning
2. Quality Assurance (QA)
3. Quality Control (QC)

1. Quality planning
Our experts planned according to our stakeholder requirements that we must fulfil through
physical action. There are several important steps that we must take in the quality planning
process:

 Develop a clear vision and mission statement for the restaurant.

 Create a detailed business plan.

 Choose a suitable location for the restaurant.

 Select and hire a competent and experienced management team.

 Source high-quality ingredients and equipment.

 Develop and implement strict health and safety protocols.

 Train staff
2. Quality assurance

In quality assurance (QA) process we are verifying that a product or service meets certain
predetermined standards of quality through different tools and techniques. There are several
important steps that QA take and prevent deliverables from errors:

 Review and update the restaurant's quality standards.

 Develop and implement a system for tracking and measuring quality.

 Train staff in quality assurance procedures and protocols.

 Conduct regular audits and assessments of the restaurant's operations

 Review and update the QA system on a regular basis.

3. Quality Control
In this process monitoring and analyzing all the activities from opening to ending and make sure
every activity performed accordingly planned and free from defects. With the help of these
steps, we control and maintain our quality standards.
