1.
In order to avoid any conflict of interest Rangira Irene (or anyone acting in the capacity of the food safety scheme in
charge) can only be opted to provide technical knowledge/opinion in CII related products as his area of expertise, but cannot
take part in any HACCP/FSMS Certification Decision since he is the HACCP/FSMS scheme owner.

In order to avoid any conflict of interest Jane Nyamvumba can only be opted to provide technical knowledge/opinion in E
related systems or products as her area of expertise, but cannot take part in any HACCP/FSMS Certification Decision since
she is the Director of System Certification Unit.

In order to avoid any conflict of interest Jean Pierre Bajeneza can only be opted to provide technical knowledge/opinion in CI
& CIII related systems or products as his area of expertise, but cannot take part in any Product Certification Decision since he
is the Director of Product Certification Unit
