    This study is intended to be quantitative research.

    The research will concentrate

    on the Stress Management Skills of Senior High School STEM students. It will not

    tackle other topics such as mental health problems and illness. The study is limited to

    studying stress and stress management skills of Senior High School STEM students.

    The study will be exploring any strand other than STEM. The selection of respondents

    will be one hundred (100) chosen students of Grade 11 and Grade 12 students of

    Legazpi City National High School. Furthermore, the research delimits itself to the

    Stress Management of Senior High School STEM students only and will not attempt to

    analyze other strands of Senior High School. The questionnaires will be used as the

    research tool.
