JUNIOR (A/B/C) TROOP (1ST/2ND/3RD/4TH) PATROL
PATROL SECOND PROPOSAL

Post Holder: P/S Lee Jia Zing

Proposal:
As junior troop PS, I will communicate with scout members to improve our
relationship. Having good relationships with other scout members will make us comfortable
doing things around them and they can also help us in task more easily.

As junior troop PS, I will behave well and be disciplined to be a good example to our
members. For example, I would arrive on time to every activity and concentrate when activities
are ongoing.

As junior troop PS, I will keep up to date with the newest information or any activities. I can
help my fellow scout members if they have any questions or doubts. Same goes to me, I will ask
my seniors if I have questions.

As junior troop PS, I will full cooperate with my PS and seniors to execute their orders well.
If I have any questions, I will ask them to avoid making mistakes when executing a certain task.

Suggestions:
1. We can organize more trainings. Some scout members are inexperienced in scouting
due to the lack of activities. So, organizing more activities than usual can help improve
their scouting knowledge significantly

2. We can organize more camps in the future. I think having several camps throughout
the whole year can make sure our scout members will have more interest in scouting.
