JUNIOR A TROOP ASSISTANT [TEST PROGRESS MASTER] PROPOSAL

Post Holder: P/S Kee Yu Zhe

Proposal:
As a test progress master ,we will help out those who need our help patiently.
We will help them to solve their problems .For example, they might need our help in
some areas such as gadget building and more.

As a test progress master ,we will behave well and be disciplined to be a good
example to our members. For example, we should arrive on time every meeting and
concentrate when activities are ongoing.

As test progress master, I will keep up to date with the newest information or
activity. If I have any question or doubts, I will ask my seniors.

.As test progress master,I will follow the orders of our seniors and execute it well. We
should also ask questions if we don’t understand to avoid mistakes.

Suggestions:
1. Due to MCO, we can’t communicate or share information effectively. So, we could
make a group which we can share information on.
2. We can organize more trainings. Some members are inexperienced in scouting due
to Covid -19. So, organizing more activities would help improving their scouting
knowledge.

Others:
1.Have more online scouting training
Due to covid.19, we weren’t able to fully understand how scout operates. So , it would be nice to
fully understand what we have to do as a scout.
