The main objective of HEMP is to identify and analyze all HSE hazards and their effects
associated with company operations and to manage them properly to either eliminate or
reduce the risk to ALARP.
A Hierarchy of Control method shall be utilized in the Control & Recovery stages of the
HEMP.

The Hierarchy of Control shall seek
