AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION
 

I, DAYLENE REPOLLO RAVANES, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, single, with

a residence address at Sindulan, Barangay Tinaan, Naga City, Cebu Philippines
after being sworn to by law do hereby depose and say;

1) That on December 7, 2021 I bought a property at G. Cañete St.,

Población, Alcantara, Cebu 6033 Philippines, containing an area of
Five Hundred Eight (508) Square meters based on Tax Declaration
No. 000309 a portion Lot No. 8370-PART.

2) That on November 11, 2020, I scheduled for a “Re-Survey” facilitated

by Geodetic Engineer Samson Bondoc and made the final cut of four
hundred six (406) Square meters.

3) That I am confirming that the parcel of land I bought containing an

area of four hundred six (406) Square meters, under the Tax
Declaration No. 000309 a portion Lot No. 8370-PART.

4) That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness and

veracity of the foregoing statements.
