(DITUMABO)
“BIN-I TI PINAG-BIAG: SEED OF LIFE”

This costume is adorned with different kind of seeds which is a


great representation of life, of hope and of a new beginning
appended together to represent camaraderie amongst the people
of San Luis despite of the diversity of race, culture and tradition.
The cape details are inspired by coconut leaves and the sleeve
detail patterns is inspired by pineapple which is both abundant in
the municipality of San Luis.
The main material of the head piece of this costume is made out
of shells, this is to exemplify the rich marine ecosystem of the
town.
The prevailing colors used in the costume are yellow as a symbol
of hope, green for life and brown for fertile soil.
