Scope of Works : 1) The works include the supply of all materials, labor, plant and others, necessary for the execution, completion, testing, commissioning and
maintenance of the works. The Civil, Structural and associated M&E works to be carried out under this Contract as follows:

a) New elevated Reservoir with capacity of 9.08ML


b) Electrical System ( Instrumentation and Electrical, SCADA) - The tenderer encourage to propose products that complies with My Hijau.

TENDER BRIEFING SUMMARY

1) Tender Bond/Earnest Money - in form for Bank Draft payable to PENGURUSAN ASET AIR BERHAD
and the mount of Tender Bond/Earnest Money is RM20,000.00
2) Performance Bond – 5% of the Contract Sum in Bank Guarantee format.
3) Retention Sum – equivalent of 10% of total value of work including materials on site up to 5% of
the Contract Sum shall be retained.
4) Lithography Expenses – successful tenderer will be required an additional of RM7,300.00 in the
form of Bank Draft payable to PENGURUSAN ASET AIR BERHAD.
5) Contract Duration – 18 months from the date of Site Possession Fix Contract Duration).
6) Tender Validity Period – Tender shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the date of
tender closing.
7) Defect Liability Period (DLP) – 24 Months

SITE VISIT SUMMARY

1) Job Scope detail:


a. Construction of elevated reservoir with capacity of 9.08MLD (30m x 60m)
b. Height of Elevated reservoir is 30m
c. Pipe interconnection work: 20m length
d. No major earthwork
e. Road premix inside reservoir compound
f. Electrical system (Instrumentation and electrical, SCADA)
g. Piling work – Jack-in injection method

2) Contractor must provide site office (shop lot) and site cabin at site.
3) Road access:
a. Contractor needs to deal with land owner (palm oil plantation)
b. No allocation for access road to site in the BQ

4) Client preferred contractor use same material brand with package 1. Kindly refer to the table
below:
