We have no objection to the suppliers and materials intended for the permanent works proposed in the Contractor’s
above referenced letter (ref. 5) and supplemented by ref. 6 above.

The Contractor is requested to submit the samples of materials, and relevant information, to the Engineer for consent
prior to using the material in or for the Works, pursuant to Sub-clause 7.2 (a) of the GCC.
