    as described below that located on Facility : 337 Sea Water Intake

    Description :

    This FCN issued due to :


    1. A-337-01A/B/C-S1 Bar Screen Installation.
    2. Based on Vendor Document No. 26071-V31A-A-337-01-00017-050 Foundation Drawing
    with Load Moment Data, Civil Drawing there is Detail "E" for anchor box for support beam of
    trash rake Bar Screen (A-337-01A/B/C-S1). But in actual there is no such hole and not
    indicated in Civil Drawing No. 26071-203-R0-337-00003 and 26071-203-R0-337-00004.
