2 Porter’s Five Forces

3.3.1 Threat of New Entry

 Existing government interest in safety standards and standards makes it highly attractive
for new competitors
 Requirements for special expertise not available to everyone decrease the desire for other
to enter this field
 The increasing tendency of the educational ministry around the world to use educational
toys makes it highly attractive for new competitors
 Infrastructure costs are average, which make the desire of others to enter the same field in
the mid-level
 The cost of advanced technology required for the product reduces the desire of others to
enter the same field

However, some factors increase or decrease the tendency for new entrants in this
field. As a result the threat of new entrant will be in the medium level.
