3.1 Microenvironment and Macro-environment

In reference to the microenvironment of this field it include customer markets that


represent the institutions concerned with teaching learning difficulties and considered as the
main market for the product. The nature of this market will help in the marketing process and
is a positive factor. For suppliers, they are available all the time and with many options. All
of this will help to market the product widely in within high orders. On the other hand, a
group of competitors who constitute competitive pressure to market the product.

Regarding the macro environment of this field the focus will be on the demographic.
Especially that most of the institutions targeted for product marketing and quality are in the
capital (Amman). And then giving priority to the rest of the regions in Jordan. Regarding the
cultural, attention will be given to providing gifts to families who buy the product, such as a
second free product if the family has more than one child with learning difficulties.
