The organization should follow a clear direction set forth by the safety and health rules, in
effect. In an effort to demonstrate their dedication to ongoing improvement, they will
contribute to every facet of corporate performance. In order to uphold both the spirit and the
wording of the law, obligations to people and the workplace shall be honored.

2. A strategy for carrying out the safety and health policy outlined in the safety statement should
be developed by the workplace. For the purpose of implementing the policy, an efficient
management structure and arrangement should be put in place. All managers and staff should
be given safety and health goals and objectives. In order to implement safety and health
policies effectively, organizations must build the capacities and support systems necessary to
meet the goals and objectives set forth in the policies. Instead of focusing only on preventing
accidents, organizations must also measure, monitor, and evaluate their performance in these
areas.
