I. Pre Implementation
 There was a remote enrollment conducted thru SLMF, and by the use of
other platforms like GC, public address and calling the parents thru
phone/messenger
 The result of the kind of learning modality was based on the results of the
SLMF from the parents which is the Modular Distance Learning.
 Unpacking of competencies from the MELCs to the SBOL
 Preparation of the SBUL (Simplified Budget of Lesson) per learning areas
 The problem was not all learning areas have a module so, the school
crafted the LAS.
In the crafting of LAS, the school organized a Quality Assurance Team to
quality assured the LAS using the Quality Assurance Monitoring Tool.
Hence, the teacher cannot print the LAS without having it quality assured.
 There was a discussion of the making of WHLP in lieu of Lesson Plans

II. IMPLEMENTATION
 The WHLP was given to the learners together with the modules/LAS and
this is to be returned during the collection/retrieval of modules with the
signatures of the parents
 In the distribution of modules, a checklist must be accomplished by the
teachers and signed by the parents
 The WHLP must be aligned to the modules given to the learners.
 Before the distribution, the teacher should post instructions to their GC.
A. HOW DID YOU MONITOR THE LEARNERS AS A TEACHER?
ANSWER:
1. CHECK THEIR ANSWERS ON THE MODULES. THE RESULTS CAN TELL THE
TEACHER ON WHAT TO DO. THE TEACHER CAN PREPARE AN ILMP FOR STRUGLLING
LEARNERS. WITH HER ARE THE MATERIALS TO BE USED IN TEACHING THE
STRUGLLING LEARNERS, AND PREPARE A WEEKLY HOME VISITATION SCHEDULE

NOTE: ILMP IS NOT OLY INTENDED FOR STRUGGLING THIS CAN ALSO
BE APPLIED TO ADVANCED LEARNERS.
2. TEACHER CAN ALSO MONITOR HER LEARNERS HAVING MORE CORRECT
ANSEWERS BY GIVING A PARALLEL TEST (THIS CAN BE TAKEN FROM THE REGIONAL
ITEM BANK OR A SELF MADE TEST ITEMS) TO MEASURE THE AUTHENTICITY OF HER
ANSWERS.
3. IN CONDUCTING A HOME VISITATION THE TEACHER MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
 PASSLIP – means the teacher shall return to the school
 LOCATOR – (Saturday/Sunday)
 MATERIALS LIKE 2 OR MORE CONTEXTUALIZED LAS, READING PASSAGE,
FORMATIVE TEST
 FOR ADVANCE WE GIVE ENRICHMENT ACTIVITY, OR CANNED LESSON
 LAS MUST BE SIGNED BY QUALITY ASSUANCE TEAM
 A TEACHER CAN HAVE 3 VISITS HAVING SAME COMPETENCIES WITH
DIFFERENT MATERIALS

4. HOW DO YOU CONDUCT SLAC? AND WHERE DID YOU GET THE TOPIC
FOR SLAC?
 TOPICS MUST BE MORE ON CURRICULUM
 TOPICS MUST BE FROM THE NEEDS OF THE TEACHERS (PPSTA, FOCUSED ON
THE WEAKNESSES OF THE TEACHERS
