    BOMB 

    THREAT CONTINGENCY PLAN

    In the event that the Acme Building Supply corporate office is contacted with a threat of an
    explosive, chemical, or biological device, the following procedures should be followed in order to
    alleviate panic and set evacuation in motion.

    During Normal Business Hours
    1. Immediately call 911 and notify the authorities of the situation.
    2. Immediately report the threat to the nearest available Department Safety Lead or
    Department Manager so that they may notify other departments of the situation and
    evacuation procedures can get under way.
    3. Notify Norico Building Management so that they are able to contact and notify the other
    businesses in the building to evacuate.
    4. All personnel are to evacuate the premises and gather at the emergency meeting area so
    that they can be accounted for.

    During Weekends, Holiday, or Other Non­Working Hours
    1. Immediately call 911 and notify the authorities of the situation.
    2. Determine if there are any employees still working on the premises and have them
    vacate the building immediately.
    3. Notify Noricol Building Management so that they are able to contact and notify the other
    businesses in the building to evacuate.
    4. Any and all personnel are to evacuate the premises and gather at the emergency
    meeting area so that they can be accounted for.
