A Bitter Christmas

The air starts to turn into a cold breeze,

Colorful lights started blinking on each house that we see,

Carols being played on radio stations I see,

Yes! Christmas is here there’s no time to seize.

Upon this yuletide season,

Everyone prepares for many reasons,

Students celebrate with no hesitation,

Because it already began, their long time vacation.

It’s fun to see everyone happy,

But I guess there’s someone who’s still lonely,

Even though there’s so many party,

No happiness could make my emotions lively.

This bitterness is still at hand,

All they thought was it has ended,

But the truth is; this heart is still not mended,

It’s still broke and shattered till Christmas ended.
