Microscope, mobile phone with camera, histology book, and prepared slides of trachea, lungs,
blood, artery and vein

Procedure
1. Down load a histology book. Use this to identify the parts of the prepared slides.
2. View and take a picture using mobile phone the prepared slide of trachea. Identify the
following:
 Epithelium
 Hyaline cartilage
 Trachealis muscle

3. View and take a picture using mobile phone the prepared slide of lung. Identify the
following:
 Alveolus

4. View and take a picture using mobile phone the prepared slide of blood. Identify the
following:
 Eosinophil
 Erythrocyte
 Lymphocyte
 Monocyte
 Neutrophil

5. View and take a picture using mobile phone the prepared slide of artery and vein. Identify
