    1. What are Cloud Service Providers?

    Cloud Service Providers are third-party companies that offer a cloud-based platform, infrastructure, application, or
    storage services. companies pay only for the cloud services they use, as business demands require (Microsoft Azure
    2023).

    2. What is Platform as a Service (PaaS)?

    PaaS id a form of cloud computing with on-demand access to a complete, ready-to-use, cloud-hosted platform for

    3. What are two (2) benefits of cloud computing?


    Cloud computing is easy to set up and use remotely anywhere from a phone, computer, tablet, etc.

    Cloud computing is also cost-efficient because you only pay for whatever resources you use. This helps to avoid
    overbuilding and gives the IT teams back valuable time to focus on more strategic work.

    4. What is one disadvantage of using cloud computing?

    The cloud can experience technical problems such as reboots, network outages and downtime. Which can
    incapacitate business operations and be damaging to business.
