Starting the company
We started our company when our teacher told us about the project. We already knew what we
wanted to produce and we started creating our own company. First the whole class chose CEO
and HR managers. then they chose other members from the candidats and we started working
together.

Our company is composited by the classmates, our age is 15-16 years. At the beggining we had
no experience about business engagements, so we took a lot of advices from skilfuled people , to
make our board game more fun and interesting. It took time to organize our company, but with
joint cooperation we succeded that:

 Every persons skills match their position in the company.

 We learnt to listen to each other.
 Chose the best idea from bunch of them and developed it.

Product

“PotterBoard”
our goal was to crate a product which would be based on “Harry Potter” and would be available to
everyone. The game is printed in the printing company “poligraphmax”. The product comes with the
box, which consists of board, two dices, four moving figures, two packs of cards “deathly hallows” and
“letters”, also sale cards, and galeons (playing money).

We spent a lot of energy and time to improve our game. We tried to make sure that the game rules were
formed, costumer oriented and comfortable for players.

In the future we would like to have more interesting game, better quality and make it more popular.

Production process
Production process was very hard for us. All members of the team took part in the production process.
The process is lead and the tasks divided by the production manager in a way that everybody would
have a similar workload. everybody knows how to produce, which gives us flexibility; we are prepared
better for becoming future employers and leaders as we have got an understanding of the workload and
importance of production workers. For quality control everybody checks their own product but last
verdict is given by the production manager

.
Marketing
We have already considered the product, so now we are going to talk about the other P –s of
marketing.

-Price
The final price was calculated according to our production coasts (about 5 gel) and the purchase
capacity of local people. Our production in Georgia coasts 12 Gel, but if we sell the product
abroad it’s price will grow to 15 EUR, because the purchase power of European people is higher,
so people can pay more money.

-Place – tbilisi, Georgia

At the beginning we sold our product in school. The number of sales was 5. On the exhibition
shop, which was organized by the Junior Achievement Georgia, in Tbilisi free school, we sold 5
boxes and in Tbilisi mall-8 more of them. Besides this exhibition shops we had 14 orders from
our website. We want to sell more product, but it is illegal for student company, so we will have
to stop and close this project and we are very sad about this, but we are happy that we had a
chance to look in to business world, even for a year.
Marketing
-promotion
At first we created website to make the product more famous. We messaged well-
known people, pages and televisions. We already planned meeting in radio station. This
factors really helped us to make PotterBoard knowable. We directed questioning to
find out their opinion. 75% of interviewed people thought that this idea was creative
and they would buy it for available price. We think that, the costumers aren’t
disappointed. One of the famous singer nuca topuria is interested in our company and
the product deserved huge approve. The product users are basically potterheads.
Harry potter has a lot of fans in georgia, so we think that if we become more famous,
we will have bunch of costumers.

produced 5 games. The production cost for each
game was 5 gel, and selling price was 12 gel.
