- Our company’s name is YoYo designs.
The company specializes in handmade bags and bracelets. We produce and make handmade
bags and bracelets at the cheapest price. We are trying to make them affordable for everyone
even though handmade bags and bracelets are expensive since they take a lot of time and
effort to make. But the happier the customer is with the price, the happier we are! Also,
handmade bags, as well as bracelets, are very trendy; ours are cheap and trendy.

They are high-quality, made with care and love to satisfy our customers. We are offering
goods with a little bit of service to impress the customer and make them satisfied to the
maximum.
- Our motivation behind these products is to satisfy the customer, make a good impression, and
spread trendy products among people. Moreover, the customer deserves the best quality and
the best bag. A customer will always need her trendy bag and a cute bracelet everywhere.
That is why we are offering these products to her.
- Our company lies in the secondary sector. We fall under the secondary sector because we
take raw materials and manufacture them into a product. Our bags and bracelets are made
from materials we bought in order to make and produce them.
- We do require certain factors of production in order to make the bags and the bracelets. Our
primary factors of production are the beads and the clear strings. These are the two main
materials needed to make them. We also need a variety of different beads and strings, such as
bicone, rondelle, cube, and oval beads. In order to be creative and satisfy the customer with

creative, new, and trendy products, we would need these beads. And different colors of
strings other than clear ones.
- Our products are not specified to a certain group of people,; we want to approach as many
people as we can.
- Our vision is to increase the freedom of expression, respect, and satisfaction. Our mission is
to promote our business, open more branches, use the money for debts, and help us in our
life.
Our one and only value are to have satisfied customers.
Business Organization:
Our business will be online because we want to make sure that it would be easily accessed by our
customers, but that doesn’t mean that we won’t join bazaars to show off our work.
Our business is a general partnership in which it has 6 owners who cooperate together to make
sure our vision is attainable by this business. WAIT FOR US :)
Indeed, it is known that partnerships have advantages and disadvantages.
They have advantages as:
• The number of owners increases, the funds will increase.
• They are easier to establish as the factors of production are easier to access.
• The profits will directly go back to the tax return of each owner.
As well as disadvantages as:
• Profits must be divided among the owners.
• Disagreements can ensue as decisions must be shared.
• The partnership might end with one of the partner’s withdrawal or death.
Profit & Loss Sharing:
In partnerships, the profit can be divided in any way that the owners AGREE UPON. It can either
be shared equally or each one can receive a different base salary based on his/her collaboration
and effort. However, in the case of losses, a profit and loss statement must be investigated, if it is
unspecified, then according to the prescribed law, the loss must be shared among the owners.

Finance & Accounting is the function responsible for acquiring the funds needed to operate and
keeping records of all business transactions.
Any business needs this department because it is responsible for the money flow in the business.
Marketing: Nadine Hossam & Toka Hamdy
Marketing is the function responsible for developing strategies to attract customers.
As our business is going to be online, so we are going to make good use of social media to attract
people to our business.
Quality Control: Toka Hamdy
Quality Control is the process by which a company pursues to ensure that product quality is
retained or enhanced.
As our product is handmade, then this department is the most important one.
Business Research: Nsreen Fouad and Habiba Mohamed
Business Research is the process of obtaining detailed information about all areas of the business
and using this information in maximizing the sales and profits of the business.
The leaders of this department are going to gather information about the prices of our products,
the products, and the competitors in the field.
Operations: Nadine Hossam
Operations is the function responsible for running all the processes related to producing quality
products or services.
Our business needs this department to make sure that all the mentioned departments are working
together in sync to maximize the profits of the owners.
