personal experience to illustrate it further.

1. Positive psychology
1.1. Explanation: Positive psychology is a discipline of psychology that focuses on the
character traits and actions that enable people to live lives of meaning and purpose
—to go beyond surviving and flourishing. Theorists and researchers in the field have
sought to identify the elements of a good life.
1.2. Cite your positive character: The positive character that I have that was admired
by everybody is being responsible because they say that I don’t need to be reminded
to do tasks multiple times, and I don’t need to be reminded how to do the task over
and over.
2. PERMA model
2.1. Explanation: The PERMA Model represents the five core elements of happiness
and well-being. PERMA basically stands for Positive Emotion, Engagement,
Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishments. American psychologist and educator
Martin Seligman designed the PERMA Model.
2.2. Cite samples of your accomplishments: I have only few things that I consider as
an accomplishment. Securing awards and other acknowledgements of achievement
is one of my accomplishments as a student. Also, I consider Having a positive effect
on and engagement with others as an accomplishment because having a positive
impact to others is one good deed.
3. Grit
3.1. Explanation: Grit is passion and perseverance for long-term and meaningful
goals. It is the ability to persist in something you feel passionate about and persevere
when you face obstacles. This kind of passion is not about intense emotions or
infatuation
3.2. Cite samples of your own grits: I work on a schedule, not just when I feel
motivated. I approach their work like a pro, not an amateur. I do the most important
thing first and don’t shirk responsibilities.
4. Growth mindset:
4.1. Explanation: Growth Mindset describes people who believe that their success
depends on time and effort. People with a growth mindset feel their skills and
intelligence can be improved with effort and persistence. They embrace challenges,

4.2. Cite samples of your perspectives related to growth mindset:
Someone with a growth mindset views intelligence, abilities, and talents as learnable
and capable of improvement through effort. On the other hand, someone with a
fixed mindset views those same traits as inherently stable and unchangeable over
time.
5. Goal
5.1. Explanation: It is an objective or target that someone is trying to reach or
achieve. Goal is also the end point of a race or something that a player is trying to
put an object into as part of a game.
5.2. Cite your personal goal/s in life: -Have my own business.
