This year mathematical olympiad will be organized in combination with offline and

online events. To participate in the olympiad everyone has to register even the
students who have participated in previous years. Registration is online details
will be found at online.matholympiad.org.bd. The first round is Selection Olympiad
and which will be an online olympiad. From this online olympiad, students will be
selected for the Regional Olympiad. All the regional olympiads will be hosted
offline. We have plans to host 30 regional olympiads in 30 different venues. We
also have plans to arrange day-long festivals along with the regional olympiads. We
will announce the list of regions and venus after the selection round. Winners of
the regional olympiad will be invited to attend the National Olympiad. We have
taken several initiatives from enriching our academic team, MoVERS, logistics, and
infrastructures to achieve this goal. As always the registration is free of cost
and open to everyone.

Bangladesh Mathematical Olympiad
Welcome to the official website of Bangladesh Mathematical Olympiad (BdMO). It
started its journey in April 2001. Each year we organize months-long, country wide
festivals around mathematics. It is open for school & college going students (upto
class XII) of the country. The usual timing of the festivals is around December -
February. With the dedicated effort of the members of the Bangladesh Mathematical
Olympiad Committee (BdMOC), the daily newspaper "Prothom-Alo" and the "Dutch Bangla
Bank Limited" (DBBL) has already achieved some of its primary goals. This includes
sending a team to the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO), with a gold medal.
Bangladeshi students have been participating in the In IMO since 2005.

Along with arranging regional and national Math Olympiad, BdMOC also supervises the
Bangladesh National Math Camp and Asia Pacific Mathematical Olympiad (APMO). The
committee always extends its cooperation to all interested groups and personnel who
want to arrange Local Math Olympiad, Parallel Math Schools and Math Clubs. The
Bangladesh Math Olympiad and the selection of National Team for IMO is bound by the
set rules by the BdMOC called BdMO Regulations.
