Ways of raising awareness of poverty as a global issue
It is well-known that poverty is a global and essential issue, which is needed to be solved. Although
some people contribute to change this problem, it is not done enough.

First of all, schools and education in general have a crucial role to play, as education is the
strongest tool to change the world into a better place. In order to involve schools and education, it
is indispensable to show the children the big differences between how they live and how other
children live in real poor conditions. Moreover, teachers might enlighten children about the
relevance of helping others and fight for equality. As well as, it is said that schools ought to give to
every child the knowledge about the awful consequences of poverty.

According to raising awareness of poverty, it is believed that another solution may be supporting
charities which evidence the tough experience of people who live in poverty. There are a lot of
people who live and work to help others and it is vital to contribute to their work, so as to recognise
and extend it to more people. Nevertheless, it is also clear that, in some occasions, people do not
trust charities as we do not know if the money arrives to its real purpose. Anyway, it is important to
do as much as possible to help people who need it.

In the final analysis, it is not a simple issue to work on but it is crucial to try to improve the society
in order to create a better world. Unless we do our best, relevant aspects, such as poverty, would
never change.
