COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT: 50% DOWN PAYMENT
50 % ON DELIVERY

PRICES: Quoted prices are in net Saudi riyals and according to the quantities mentioned in the
provided specifications.In case if any changes of the quantities the prices will be revised.

TAXES: 15% VAT

VALIDITY : Our quotation is valid for 30 days from quoted date.

INSPECTION: We are offering inspection at our floor i.e. Arrakaez Al Motatawera EST Jeddah.

BREAKERS: The Breakers based on " SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC " brand

According to the given specifications.

WARRANTY: 1 years warranty on the all breakers .

The warranty does not include in case of any physical damage.

ENCLOSURES: The Enclosures based on "LOCAL "

COMPLETION: Completion will be with in 6-8 weeks (Negotiable) after techenically and commercially
confirmation of order with advance payment.

TRANSPORTATION: Transportation charges will be charged on actual.

Supply & Fabrication of Electrical Distribution Panel Boards,

1 Enclosures will be made out of " LOCAL "

2 Front services type in design.
3 Out door wall mounted ,Floor standing,type in design
4 Having removeable bottom sheets for Cable Glands.
5 Protection class IP-55/65
6 Panels will be of free standing type in design.
7 Fully protected from dust and moisture.
8 Easy access to terminate the cables.
9 Having hard drawn Electrolytic copper Bus Bars having high conductivity / Purity.
10 Each feeder interconnected through copper Bus Bars/Cables.
11 Complete PVC insulation through out the copper Bus Bars for the insulation and to
Prevent the hazards and oxidation of the Bus Bars.
12 The Panel Board will be fully Gasketed to prevent ingress of moisture, dust and dirt.
13 Fully isolated control compartments for fixing of control, protection and metering
components on doors and as wel as in side of the compartment.
