Hikvision H.264+ is an optimized encoding technology based on the standard H.264/AVC
compression. With H.264+, the video quality is almost the same as that of H.264/AVC but
with less storage capacity required.

Hikvision Turbo HD DVR is a hybrid system. Besides the analog video input(TVI,CVBS,AHD), IP cameras are also
can be additional accessed.
In order to conveniently switch DVR mode to NVR mode according to customers’ demands, IP channels can be
expanded if default analog channels are disabled;
From IP cameras access capacity, we define Turbo DVRs as three levels:

Connect PTZ Cameras to Turbo DVRs

Press and hold the orange part of the pluggable block; insert
485 signal cables into slots and release the orange part.
Ensure cables are in tight.
Connect A+ on PTZ to D+ on terminal block and B- on
controller to D- on terminal block. Fasten stop screws.

Configure PTZ Settings
Enter the PTZ Settings interface: Menu >Camera> PTZ
Choose the in the Camera dropdown list and click the PTZ Parameters button to set the PTZ parameters.
Choose correct PTZ Protocol:
Turbo camera or PTZ dome: HIKVISION-C (Coaxitron)
Conventional PTZ dome : HIKVISION, Pelco-D, Pelco-P. Select protocol here which supported by the connected camera/dome.
All parameters should be exactly same as camera itself, like baud rate, data bit, stop bit, parity and flow control.
Address should be set as 0(default) or the camera’s software address.

Call Menu and PTZ Control
Several ways are provided to call camera’s Advanced operation are also conveniently realized on
menu on DVR: DVR side, like setting and call Preset, Patrol, Patten, etc.

Add IP Cameras to DVRs
Step 1: Activate IP Cameras
Step 2: Manually or One-touch Adding IP Cameras
By default, IP channel starts from the channel after analog channels. Once analog
channel is disabled, IP camera can be added at that channel.

Add Keyboard to Turbo DVRs
Press and hold the orange part of the pluggable block; insert 485 signal cables into slots and release the orange part. Ensure
cables are in tight.
Connect Ta on keyboard to D+ on terminal block and Tb on keyboard to D- on terminal block. Fasten stop screws.

POS Function:
