TASK

Group Reflection:

Students would be required to select an ethical dilemma from their experiences.


Here, students would be able to have an opportunity to expressed themselves
and share personal morality. Each group would select one real life story to tell to
the class on ethical values, or ethical dilemma that they had faced before. Once a
story had been identified, connect the ethical decisions with normative theories
of ethics.

To do this, students must present their case/ stories via:

1. Role Play
2. Drama
3. Video presentation (thru; animation, interview, short flicks)
4. Conduct games

OBJECTIVE

1. To test students’ capabilities of understanding the importance of morality and their


comprehension on decision made based on ethical theories.
2. Students are also required to master the application of normative theories towards
practical ethical situations.

EXPECTED OUTCOME
1. Students are expected to present their case and decisions thru recorded role play,
drama, video presentation, or games.
2. Expected duration of the presentation would be 20- 25 mins.
3. Summary of 1000 words should also be submitted by the end of the presentation.

SUBMISSION INFORMATION
 This assignment should be submitted according to your presentation week and time.
This range from week 4 to week 10.

SPECIFIC INFORMATION
 This assignment should be done in group of four to five. Groups that contain more
than five members would be penalized by increasing the summary to 2000words.
Groups are also advice to consult myself before furthering any actions.

MARKING CRITERIA
 Answer the objective of the assignment
 If the students do not submit the assignment in class within the stated time,
marks will be deducted.
 If the students do not submit on the day, the student will miss full mark.
 If in any, students failed to present a video presentation or in any other creative
and innovative means, 50% of the marks would be deducted.

 This is a GROUP assignment.
 You must write within the stated work count.
 You are NOT allowed to copy and paste from articles or journals but may use the
ideas.
