Physical Activity Doses

1. The teacher always incorporates physical exercise

everyday using audio, videos and demonstration.

2. The teacher see to it that the learners spend 10 minutes

physical activities in preparation for the task he/she will

give.

materials and let them demonstrate it on their own.

4. I spend 30 minutes doing a muscle endurance exercise

using video instruction.

Physical Activity Frequency

1. I spend 30 minutes doing a muscle endurance exercise.

2. I’m always prepare in Physical Education class; thus, I

always perform 20 push-up everyday in preparation for our

activities.

3. In 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM I perform vigorous physical activities

like heavy lifting, digging, aerobics, or fast bicycling.

4. In 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM I perform moderate physical activities

like carrying light loads, walking, jogging or playing dual

sports.

physical activity in our class.

Physical Activity Timing

1. When compared to others of my age, I think my physical

activity during class hours is much more active than others.


2. When a teacher assigns a variety of physical exercise I can

perform easily if I will read the description of each exercise

given.

3. The teacher gives us weekly log of physical activity on how

much time did we usually spend doing vigorous physical

activities in school and in our home.

4. I will participate always in physical activities because it

improves my heart rate or breathing when I participate it

actively.

Physical Activity Intermittency

1. Physical exercise such as swimming, jogging, aerobics,

football, tennis, gym workout etc., is essential in maintaining

healthy lifestyle.

2. Cycling, including cycling at school can make us prepare

our body and mind in starting our day productive.

3. I’m physically more active, as active as other persons of my

age because I can perform moderate to vigorous physical

activity every day.

4. Every week I perform exercises, sports, and physically

active hobbies in order to make myself healthy and get in

touch to other people.


5. Compare to my own level of physical activity 1 month ago, I

can say I am now more active this time because of my

engagement in different physical activities in class and

home.
