Dealing in Communication Problems

The road map to achieving effective communication is the communication

process. The sharing of a shared meaning between the sender and the recipient
occurs during the communication process. People that adhere to the
communication process will have the chance to improve their productivity in all
facets of their work. Understanding comes through good communication.

The encoding procedure is the first task the sender must do. The sender must
start encoding, or converting information into a message in the form of symbols
that stand in for ideas or concepts, in order to transmit meaning. The thoughts or
concepts are transformed into the coded message that will be delivered through
this method.

 The symbols can be expressed in a variety of ways, including words,

gestures, and languages. These symbols are employed to encrypt ideas into
understandable messages.
 The message moves into the decoding phase of communication after the
right channel or channels are chosen. The receiver carries out the decoding.
The stimulus is then sent to the brain for interpretation in order to give it
some kind of meaning after the message has been received and analyzed.
 Decoding takes place at this processing level. In order to give the symbols
provided by the sender significance, the receiver starts to interpret them
and relate the message to their own experiences. When the recipient
understands the sender's message, communication has been successful.
