    Verint in Microsoft Edge

    1. Open Microsoft Edge browser to use Internet Explorer mode

    2. Click Options on the top-right corner of the Edge browser and select Settings.
    3. Click Default browser on the left panel.

    4. a. Click the dropdown menu for Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode > Allow

    b. Click Add and type https://wfoweb.contact.samsungsdsa.com/wfo/control/signin

    5. Close and reopen the Edge to access Verint.
