Nowadays, the vast majority of young people do not fancy doing any kind of sport.

They prefer
sitting spending with their eyes glued to long hours in from of their computer screens rather than
cycling outdoors. The lack of interest in improving health improvement issue might be also caused
by teachers who do not encourage students to do any activities. Perhaps they just are not keen on
exercising.
There is clearly a scope for the government to do something about this situation. In this essay I will
discuss two possible approaches that could be taken.
The first of these is to develop the ‘be active’ issue. The key role is s School work staff force who
is responsible for education about health education and the possible causes of the lack of exercise
such as (for example, some diseases like: diabetes, obesity, or hypertension) play the key role in it.
The government should implement a special plan, for instance, ‘A good student is a healthy student’
to all types of educational establishments, but the teachers are the ones who must have to take part
in the program first. They have to broaden their knowledge as soon as possible with the regard to
help students and inspire them to do physical activity and eat healthily y. One class a week with a
nutrition should be done Lessons on nutrition should be implemented. This is undoubtedly the most
important for the reason that school is the place where children spend the most of the time of the
day and it does have some impact on them.
A The second tactic strategy could be to encourage young pupils to do sport by adding extra P.E.
classes, including Zumba, jumping fitness, and swimming in order to change their bad habits and
the way of thinking about on physical activity. It does not have to be something abhorrent. Pupils
also will find it entertaining if only the government gave them the opportunity to notice, like and
then develop their sport hobbies.
In my opinion, introducing the new activity plan to schools can change a lot in young people’s lives.
Informing teachers first is a must have here in order to spread their awareness to pupils. Big
changes should be made because the health worldwide situation is cruel .
