1. I’m Joelyn A. Predicala, 1 year and 8 months in teaching, a Grade 1 teacher of Larap Elementary
School, Jose Panganiban West District.

2. Since I am a new teacher in our school, I am not really familiar of the notable accomplishments
they received. But in my experience, I witnessed how the teachers and students of Larap
Elementary School can compete to other schools in some competitions. One of the things I
noticed is the bonding and how friendly and kind the school head and teachers in my school.
They are very approachable and if you are in need, they are very willing to help you.

3. I think our school needs more classroom or building. Last year, I noticed that the classrooms are
not enough to accommodate more students as well as the teachers. Even though they are subject
teachers, they also need classrooms for their preparation and making of school works. Also, when
we go back to face to face class, I think there isn’t enough rooms to accommodate more students
because some of the residents in Parang, Jpang are already transferred or relocated in Larap
resulting to an increase of enrollment.
